We just bought a 1080 p and so this really helps. Plus we download movies and play them on our tv.

Re: Deinterlace you online videos

Very interesting indeed. I have long wondered what the difference was between all the different classes of output. I was in a TV store recently with my husband and he was very keen on buying an HD TV. i had no idea what he was talking about but didn't want to sound dumb so I stayed quiet. I snuck back home to do some reasearch on the net and found your site which was by far the most informative in the subject. Thank you.

Re: From Twitter to SocialVibe

Derek,
Thanks for explaining this - site had too much Flash to be useful.
I don't understand point either - why not simply join orgs directly?

If you want to raise money to eradicate blood cancer, and also get in good shape, consider: http://teamintraining.org/

Best wishes, Mitch

Re: Deinterlace you online videos

Adobe Media Encoder, select the "deinterlace" option on the output tab and give the video 50 frames per second. Adobe then converts every field into a frame, as there are 2 fields per second you need 50 frames per second for a 25fps video. So in essence, you get a 50 "fake" progressive fps video instead of the usual 25 interlaced. The result of such a process is very smooth video, just as smooth as the source.

Re: Kevin Rose announces iPhone Copy + Paste

Thanks for sharing this, I appreciate it, keep coming like this.

Debra

Re: My Experience with Music

Why buy or download music when you have sites like Pandora?

Re: Deinterlace you online videos

thanks for your tips.. relaly useful ones.. i ll try it soon!!!!!!!

Re: My Experience with Music

Britney Spears - Hit me baby one more time - was the first single i ever bought.
Avril Lavigne - Let Go - was the first album i ever bough.

I do torrent some music but if Amazon has some decent albums for £3 i would buy it.

Re: Deinterlace you online videos

Excellent article - I never understood the difference between analogue and HD although there were plenty of times I pretended to - especially when trying to look knowledgeable when buying TVs with my girlfriend. Thanks for writing about us. The good news is, no one has to click your badge to earn money, it's all impressions-based. So just by having the badge up, you're earning donations (the more page views you get, the more money gets donated.) You are right about the application being self-sufficient, although we encourage people to switch up their Sponsors & Causes as much as they want. Several of our brands offer point multipliers, which will earn you 2, 3 or even 5x the amount of points for choosing them.

Thanks again, new friend!

Re: Twitter Desktop Applications

I personally love the Tweetie for Mac OSX, but agree with you that Nambu is better for groups.
